Westfield Country Club (or Westfields Golf Club), Fred Couples/Gene Bates signature course, was opened in October 1998. According to Gene Bates, the design partner of the club, the current location of the club used to be a hospital during the Civil War. Towards the right of the driving range is an old confederate fort that was donated to the county as a park. There is also a cemetery built in curing the Civil War era on the right side of #13 and extensive evidence of rifle pits and trenches found all over the place. Whether you want hors d’oeuvres, a buffet, plated meals, or stations – you can count on the chef.
Other Recommended Best Practices:
External decorations: Though the club does not forbid external decoration materials, they need to go through approval by the staff before their usage on the premises. Also, these decorations shouldn’t bear any forms of attachment accessories like nails and tapes to preserve the natural and aesthetic furnishings of the place.
Security: The club offers the very basic safety and security for your wedding. However, like most public event centers, the facility does not assume responsibility for any damages and losses of properties and merchandise brought to the premises.

Pricing and/or collections:
According to Wedding-Spot, the base pricing for a reception ranges from $2,500 to $4,000 depending on the site chosen. This also includes a 5-hour event time (excluding set up time and clean up time). Renting the pavilion or Banquest Hall for your wedding ceremony costs about $700. Subsequently, a couple in need of more time may arrange for additional hours at a fee of $500 per hour.
It is important to note that this pricing depends on availability, time, and season of the request. In addition, a 20% Service Charge and a 6% VA Sales tax are applied to all food and beverage prices.
