When should we book you?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for events between September-November and March-May, which are our busiest times. However, we're flexible and can often accommodate last-minute requests.

- What if our event is canceled or postponed?

I know that plans can change. We'll work with you to find a new date if possible. Our contract outlines the specific policies, and we're always flexible in finding a solution that works for everyone.

- What kind of events do you cover?

I've covered a wide range of corporate events throughout the DMV area, including:

Conferences and seminars

Networking events and galas

Product launches and trade shows

Team-building activities and retreats

Award ceremonies

I'm also very familiar with corporate dress codes and the importance of being unobtrusive.

- Who will be at our event?

Damon Decker, the owner and lead photographer of D3D Photography & Videography, personally handles all corporate events. You'll have an experienced professional who understands the unique needs of a corporate environment.

Do you provide both photos and videos?
Yes! I am a hybrid photo-video service, so you only need to work with one trusted vendor for all your visual content needs. This keeps things simple and ensures a consistent look and feel across all your content.

What's included in your packages?

Our packages, which range from $750 to $2,500+, are designed to be comprehensive and include:

Professional photography and videography

Same-day delivery of social-ready photos

A complete gallery of professionally edited photos and videos

Highlight reels and social media clips

Testimonial videos from attendees

Professional headshots

Content optimized for different platforms

Content & Delivery

How quickly will we get our photos and videos?
I know how important momentum is. That's why I deliver 10+ same-day photos within hours of your event, so you can share them on social media right away. Your complete gallery of edited photos and videos will be delivered within one week.

Can we use the content for marketing?

Absolutely. All our packages include commercial usage rights. The content I create is specifically designed to be used for your marketing—on your website, in newsletters, and for promoting future events. A single event can give you three months of marketing content.

What file formats do you provide?

Photos are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, and videos are in MP4 format, optimized for various platforms. We can accommodate specific file format requests if needed.

Do you have backup equipment?

Yes, we always bring backup cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to every event. We are also fully insured, so you can rest assured that your event is covered no matter what.

Pricing & Payment

What is your pricing structure?
Our corporate packages start at $750 for our Essentials package (2-3 hours) and go up to $2,500+ for our Impact package (5-6 hours). We also offer a Signature Experience for full-day coverage. If you need more time, additional hours are available for $200/hour.

What is the payment process?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the final balance due one week before your event. We accept Venmo, credit cards, and Zelle.

Do you offer a trial for new clients?

Yes! There is a complimentary Test Drive Program that gives new corporate clients one hour of event coverage. It's a great way to experience our service quality and our same-day delivery promise completely risk-free.
