Identify who will be involved and find out their schedules. Create a schedule that shows available dates and times and will help you identify time slots when most are available. Check for any conflicts and then confirm the schedule with everyone.

Consider the type of backdrop you want for your family photos. Outdoor locations like parks, gardens, and beaches provide natural beauty, while indoor locations like your home or a studio can provide a more controlled environment. Make sure to choose a location that is convenient and accessible for everyone
Coordinate outfits:
